Cheryl Skibicki

Development Associate at Women Enabled International

Cheryl Skibicki is the Development Associate at Women Enabled. Cheryl‘s work focuses on advancing the organization’s mission and programs through soliciting, securing, tracking, and stewarding institutional and individual support.

Prior to joining WEI, she raised funds for mission-driven organizations in Ohio, Nevada, Montana, Washington, Colorado, and California. She began her development career with two terms of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer while working in the environmental, education, and health sectors.

Originally from western New York, Cherylgraduated from the State University of New York at Purchase with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a focus on social and health advocacy. She attended a leadership conference in cross-cultural communication at the University of the Virgin Islands and pursues continuing education in nonprofit management, fund development, and data analytics.
