Their expertise encompasses narrative creation, transmedia production, digital strategy, advocacy, and team management. Tam has a proven ability to drive institutional positioning, manage cross-functional teams, and build strategic alliances. They are fully bilingual in English and Spanish and demonstrate a strong commitment to feminist, anti-racist, and anti-colonial values.

Prior to their role at Women Enabled International, they held key communications positions at organizations such as Mujeres al Borde where they led the development of a transfeminist communications strategy, and All Out, where they developed and executed mobilization campaigns for LGBT+ rights. Their experience also includes serving as Marketing Director at Grupo Kodama S.A.S., where they spearheaded the digital component of the municipal strategic plan and directed marketing initiatives for environmental conservation projects.

Tam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Social Communication from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente Sede Cali and a Diploma in Marketing and Digital Business from Partners Academy.
