Si Kailian

Director of Finance at Women Enabled International

Si is responsible for maintaining WEI’s financial records, and preparing and tracking WEI’s project budgets, annual budgets, development budgets and reporting as well as other financial statements. She also manages WEI’s Human Resources functions.

Si has worked as consultant business manager for over 20 years with several small women-owned businesses and non-profit clients in Washington, D.C.

Si serves as a founding board member for City Blossoms — an educational non-profit that maintains community green spaces, builds school gardens and develops gardening, nutrition and art curriculum primarily for underserved communities in Washington D.C., and beyond. Through this organization she is a recipient of the Center For Nonprofit Advancement’s 2015 Board Leadership Award, which recognizes outstanding excellence in nonprofit board governance. She also serves on the board of School for Friends in Washington D.C., a Quaker preschool which provides early education under the principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
